Located near Hampstead Heath, this refurbishment centred on integrating the garden and living areas through the creation of a large, dramatic garden room, centrally located around a resistance swimming pool and al fresco social areas. The rear extension sits within a new exterior landscaping scheme to provide a series of family living spaces, made possible by opening up the ground floor footprint and creating a greater flow of natural light. The design includes an outdoor kitchen, with fire and water features enhancing the views out of the rear façade. Interior additions include a dramatic curved glass and timber staircase and bespoke 36 glass-sphere chandelier as a centrepiece to the ground floor living plan.
