There has been good progress on our mansard roof extension of a Grade II listed property in Islington, with the roof complete and timber cladding going on the ceilings.

We are thrilled to announce that we have been awarded a Commendation by The William Stansell Somerset Historic Building Awards (2023) for our Library Barn project in Welham.

Our Maida Vale project has been progressing well on site this month, with windows and doors installed and finishes in bathrooms well underway.

Planning and listed building consents have been granted for the remodelling and extension of a Grade II listed farmhouse and series of outbuildings, to create a more cohesive and liveable space.
Another planning application consented this month, this time for the remodelling and extension of a North London family home.

We have been working on a single-storey extension to a listed building in Somerset, to create space for a larger kitchen with a dining room and sitting area.

Construction has begun for our project in Welham, Castle Carry.

We have developed a scheme for a new, multi-purpose studio building, adjacent to an Old Rectory home. The studio comprises a double-height space for gatherings and events, guest accommodation and an office with spectacular views.

Our latest project, a barn remodel and garage conversion in a conservation area in Dorset, was recently submitted for pre-application advice and we are pleased to say that we have received some positive response.

We are thrilled with the planning and listed building consents we have received for the side extension of this Grade II listed property in Somerset.

A lot of collaborative work with planning and heritage consultants went into the preparation and submission of the application to SSDC for pre-planning advice for the renovation of Gants Mill in Somerset.
