With the aim of producing a working week pied-a-terre within an existing small apartment building, natural materials and strong colours were integrated to provide a new warm and modern feeling. The scope of the refurbishment included three bedrooms, family living area and bespoke kitchen design providing a focal point. Natural light is drawn down into the new space through the opening-up of the existing staircase and roof, creating warmth and illumination within the confines of the apartment space.
