This three bedroom pied-a-terre was renovated to provide a family, living abroad, with a base in the heart of London’s financial centre, a stone’s throw from historic St Paul’s. Situated within an existing apartment block, the design used innovative sliding doors and panels of abstract images to transform spaces used for quiet study into social living quarters. Working within the challenging confines of the fixed structure of the apartment building, a contemporary living space was created providing a relaxing and functional base for inner city living.
